Any detailed scope, delivery commitments, pricing, implementation timelines, and commercial terms for paid work will be governed by a separate written agreement between Agentmatica and the client.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, scrape restricted areas, or use the website in a way that could harm Agentmatica, its users, or third parties.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Agentmatica's aggregate liability arising from website use will be limited to the amount you paid to Agentmatica for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event, or, if no amount was paid, one hundred U.S. dollars.
