Agentmatica counts replies and includes 1,000 on the $29 plan and 10,000 on the $199 plan. Compare the two against your own chat logs: if your shoppers ask one or two questions per chat, replies go further.
Chatty counts AI conversations, so a long back-and-forth costs the same as a one-line answer. That's generous per chat, but the plans include 100 to 1,000 of them.

Swap the chat on your site
Remove Chatty's chat first. On Shopify, turn off its app embed under Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds, then uninstall the app. On WordPress, deactivate its plugin. Anywhere else, delete its script tag. Then add Agentmatica with the Shopify theme block, the WordPress plugin or one snippet.
