For clothing stores

Help every shopper pick the right size before they buy.

Clothing shoppers stall on fit, fabric and returns. Agentmatica answers from your size guides and policy pages, shows the pieces that match what they asked for, and puts the right size in the cart on Shopify or WooCommerce.

Agentmatica for clothing stores, in short

Agentmatica is a sales and support agent for clothing stores. It reads your size guides, product pages and returns policy, answers shoppers in the chat with a link to the page it used, recommends items from your live catalog, and adds the chosen size and color to the cart. You can take over any conversation.

What clothing shoppers ask, and what the agent does

“I'm between a medium and a large. Which should I get?”
Answers from your size guide and the product's fit notes and links the page it used. If your guide says the cut runs small, it says so.
“Is this dress lined?”
Quotes the material and lining details from the product page.
“Can I send it back if it doesn't fit?”
Quotes your returns window and conditions from your policy page, with the link.
“Do you have this in black?”
Checks your live catalog and shows the matching variants as product cards.
“What goes with these jeans?”
Suggests the pieces you paired in Sales notes and shows them as cards.
“Where's my order?”
Looks up the order live. Guests confirm with an order number and email; signed-in customers are recognized.

Answer fit questions from your own size guide

Most fit questions already have an answer on your site, in a size chart or a line in the product description. Shoppers rarely go looking for it. Agentmatica finds it, replies in the chat and links the page so the shopper can check.

When your guide doesn't cover something, the agent says it doesn't know and the question shows up in Insights, so you can add the answer once and it's there for every shopper after.

Show the pieces, then build the outfit

Ask for a linen shirt under $60 and the agent searches your catalog and shows the options as product cards with image and price. You write pairings in Sales notes, like "suggest the canvas belt with any chino", and it uses them when it suggests what goes with a piece.

On Shopify and WooCommerce it adds the chosen size and color to the cart and hands over a checkout link, so the shopper doesn't have to find the product again.

Stay calm through drops and returns season

A new drop brings the same questions over and over: when, which sizes, how fast it ships. The agent answers them from the launch page, and a private directive covers anything time-bound, like "the restock is on 14 November, don't promise anything earlier".

Returns season brings order questions. The agent looks up order status, and if you turn returns on it can start one for a signed-in customer after they confirm. You can take over any chat and hand it back when you're done.

What you might write in Sales notes

Plain sentences in your dashboard. The agent follows them in every conversation.

  • Our jeans run small. Suggest one size up if the shopper is between sizes.
  • Recommend the merino socks with any boot.
  • Free shipping starts at $75. Mention it when the cart is close.

One agent. Pre-sale to post-sale.

Product cards from your live Shopify or WooCommerce catalog, with image and price.

Take over any live conversation from the dashboard, then hand it back.

Selling on Shopify or WooCommerce

Product cards, the cart, checkout links and order lookups work on a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store. On any other site, Agentmatica answers from your pages and hands shoppers to your team.

Common questions

Can it recommend a size?

It recommends from what your size guide and product pages say. It doesn't measure anyone or invent fit data, so a clear size chart gives it clear answers.

Does it work with Shopify and WooCommerce?

Yes. On a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store it shows product cards from your live catalog, builds the cart and shares a checkout link. On any other site it answers from your crawled pages.

Will it push add-ons on every shopper?

The product-page suggestion is off until you turn it on and shows once per conversation. What it pairs comes from your Sales notes, and a shopper who only wants an answer gets the answer.

Can it handle returns and exchanges?

It answers returns questions from your policy and looks up the order. If you enable it, it can start a return for a signed-in Shopify or WooCommerce customer after they confirm. Exchanges and anything unusual go to your team.
