Send Agentmatica leads, handoffs and orders anywhere with Zapier

Agentmatica is now on Zapier, in beta. When your agent captures a lead, hands a chat to your team or helps a shopper to an order, Zapier can pass it straight to the tools you already run the store on. That's your email list, your CRM, a spreadsheet or a Slack channel, without anyone copying details across by hand.
Three instant triggers
New Lead fires when a shopper leaves their contact details in a chat with your agent. It carries their name, email, phone and message, with links to the conversation and to your leads page.
Conversation Escalated fires when your agent hands a chat to your team, for example when a shopper asks for a person. It carries the reason, a short summary of the chat and a link to the live conversation, so whoever picks it up can read what happened first.
New AI-Attributed Order fires when your Shopify or WooCommerce store gets an order your agent helped make, either by building the cart or by recommending products in it. It carries the order number, total, item count and currency, which kind of help it was, the revenue the agent gets credit for, and a link to the conversation. Treat it as a record of which orders went through a chat, not proof the chat caused the sale.
All three are instant, so a Zap runs the moment the event happens instead of on a polling schedule.
Zaps worth setting up first
A shopper asks late at night whether the trail harness comes in extra small. It doesn't yet, so they leave an email to hear when it does. New Lead fires, and a Zap adds them to Klaviyo or Mailchimp with their message attached, so the restock email can answer the question they asked.
New Lead into a Google Sheets row gives you a running log of every lead with the conversation link next to it. Conversation Escalated into Slack, or into a Zendesk or Gorgias ticket, puts handoffs where your team already works, and a Gmail step can email whoever is on call. New AI-Attributed Order into a sheet keeps a list of the orders that started in a chat, ready to read next to the transcripts.
How to connect it
In Agentmatica, open your agent and go to Advanced settings, then API tokens. Create a token labelled Zapier and copy it, because you only see it once. Open Agentmatica on Zapier, start a Zap with one of the triggers, and paste the token when Zapier asks you to sign in. The connection shows your agent and store name, and testing the trigger pulls your three latest leads, escalations or orders as samples, so you map real fields.
Each token connects one agent, and revoking it stops every Zap that uses it. The Zapier app works on every Agentmatica plan, including Free. Zapier's own plan decides how many tasks your Zaps can run. If you'd rather receive events at your own URL, the custom webhook sends the same lead and escalation events and keeps working alongside Zapier.
Start with one Zap
Pick the event your team handles by hand most often today. Often that's the handoff, so connect Conversation Escalated to the channel your team watches, send yourself a test chat that asks for a person, and check the message that arrives.
Connect your agent to Zapier
Agentmatica answers and sells in your website chat, then sends leads, handoffs and orders to the tools you already use. Start on the Free plan and add Zapier from your dashboard.
