Tidio and Lyro pricing explained for online stores

A chat window beside a small robot, both pointing at the same shopper question

Tidio's price runs on two meters. Billable conversations are the live chats and tickets your team handles, and Lyro AI conversations are the ones the AI agent answers. They're sold separately, and the Lyro allowance on the free and Starter plans is one-off, so a store that leans on the AI pays for it on its own line.

What each Tidio plan includes

These are Tidio's annual-billing prices at time of writing, shown per month. The Free plan has 50 billable conversations, 50 Lyro conversations one time, and 100 visitors reached with Flows. Starter is $24.17 a month ($29 billed monthly) for 100 billable conversations, with the same one-off 50 Lyro conversations. Growth starts at $49.17 a month for 250 billable conversations. Plus starts at $300 a month plus usage, at lower rates per conversation. Premium is priced by sales, starts from 3,000 Lyro conversations, and is the only plan with pay-per-resolution billing and Tidio's guaranteed 50 percent Lyro resolution rate.

How Lyro is sold

Lyro is an add-on on every paid plan and a standalone product for other help desks. It starts at $32.50 a month billed annually for 50 Lyro AI conversations, and Tidio's calculator sells monthly quotas from 50 up to 1,000, with more by quote. Flows, Tidio's proactive messages, are a third meter counted by visitors reached.

The one-off allowance is the part to watch. The 50 Lyro conversations on Free and Starter are lifetime, so a busy first week can use them up, and from then on every AI conversation comes out of a paid quota.

Pricing a month on Tidio

Count both sides. Take last month's chats and split them into the ones your team needs to handle and the ones an AI agent could answer. The first number picks your Tidio plan, the second picks your Lyro quota, and the bill is the two added together.

How Agentmatica compares

Agentmatica has one meter: replies, the answers the shopper sees. The Free plan has 100 replies a month and resets every month, with no time limit. Starter is $29 for 1,000 replies, Growth $79 for 3,000 and Scale $199 for 10,000. There are no seats and no separate AI quota, because the agent is the product. If you run past your allowance, Surge adds replies at $5 per 100, capped at your plan's own price.

The agent sells as well as answers. A shopper asks whether a jacket runs small. Agentmatica answers from your sizing page and product details, shows the jacket as a card, and on Shopify or WooCommerce adds the right size to the cart and hands over a checkout link. You set what it recommends with what in Sales notes, in plain sentences. When a shopper wants a person, your team takes over the live chat, and the agent picks up again when you hand it back.

Agentmatica isn't the right fit if most of your conversations happen on Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp. Tidio puts those channels in one inbox.

Before you pick a plan

Price Tidio with both meters filled in for a normal month and for your busiest one. Then put the same chats on a single reply allowance and see which bill you'd rather explain.
