By accessing or using Agentmatica(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Agentmatica provides an AI agent that connects to your business tools to retrieve information, draft responses, and take actions on your behalf. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may include free tiers with usage limits.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Send spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our models or training data
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel auto-renewal. We don't offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Upgrades. When you upgrade to a higher tier or switch to annual billing, the change may take effect immediately. You may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period, and future renewals will be at the new plan rate.

Downgrades. When you downgrade to a lower tier or switch from annual to monthly billing, the change is scheduled for your next billing date unless we show a different effective date at confirmation. You keep your current plan and limits until then. The new plan price applies from that date forward.

Cancellation. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid access until then and then return to the Free plan unless you subscribe again. You may resume auto-renewal before the period ends, or cancel a scheduled plan change before it takes effect.

Plan limits, usage quotas, and feature access follow your active plan until a scheduled change or cancellation takes effect. Taxes and currency conversion, if applicable, are shown at checkout or plan change confirmation.

Free plan limits. Free-tier reply, agent, and knowledge-base limits follow our then-current product catalog. We may change Free limits at any time without individual notice. Updated Free limits apply to all Free accounts when we roll them out (including through routine account sync). We do not guarantee that Free limits will remain unchanged.

Paid plan limits. When you subscribe or upgrade to a paid plan, your reply, agent, and knowledge-base ceilings are set from the plan you selected at checkout or plan change. Those ceilings remain in effect for your active paid subscription unless you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. We do not reduce paid plan ceilings during automatic renewals solely because our public catalog has changed.

Renewals. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. At each renewal we reset usage counters for the new billing cycle (such as reply count for the period). Renewals do not reset your stored plan ceilings or your cumulative knowledge-base usage unless you change plans or we expressly state otherwise.

Knowledge Base Data Limits:Plan limits are advertised in 'Pages' for simplicity. Across our platform, one (1) 'Page' is defined strictly as 4,000 characters of extracted text. Your total data limit applies cumulatively across all data sources, including crawled URLs, individually indexed page URLs, uploaded files, and custom text snippets. Ingestion of any single resource that exceeds your remaining character balance will be blocked.

You own the data you connect to and generate within the Service. We use it only to operate the Service for you, and we don't use it to train public AI models. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentmatica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
