Sign up and add your site

Ask it real questions on the Test your chat page in your dashboard. Only you see it.

Copy the snippet
Open Deploy in your dashboard and copy the chat snippet. It's one script tag.

Paste it into Wix
Follow the Wix steps below. The chat shows on your live site once it's published.
Where the snippet goes in Wix
Wix only allows custom code on published sites with a connected domain, which usually means a Premium plan.
- In your site dashboard, open Settings, then Custom Code (under Advanced).
- Click Add Custom Code and paste the snippet.
- Name it Agentmatica, choose All pages, and set it to load once per visit.
- Under Place Code in, choose Body - end, then click Apply.
Custom code doesn't run in the Wix editor preview. Check on your live site.

What doesn't work yet
Product cards from a live catalog, the cart, checkout links and order lookup work on Shopify and WooCommerce stores only. On Wix there's no store connection yet, so the agent answers from your pages and sends shoppers to the right product page, and order questions go to your team.
Wix is on the coming-soon list in Integrations in your dashboard. Click it there to register interest in a store connection.

Which Wix plan do I need?
Wix only runs custom code on published sites with a connected domain, which usually means a Premium plan.
Why don't I see the chat in the Wix editor?
Custom code doesn't run in the editor preview. Open your published site to check it.
Can it show products and build a cart on Wix?
Not yet. Product cards, the cart and checkout links need a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store. On other sites the agent answers product questions from your pages and links the product page.
Can it look up orders?
Order lookup works on Shopify and WooCommerce only for now. Elsewhere, the agent hands order questions to your team.
