Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Some are required for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

In addition to cookies, similar technologies — browser local storage, session storage, and pixel tags — are covered by this policy.

• Strictly necessary. Required to run the Service. These include authentication sessions, CSRF tokens, and your cookie preference itself. You can't turn these off because the site won't work without them.
• Analytics. Help us understand which pages are visited and how features are used so we can prioritize improvements. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) for this. Only enabled if you accept.
• Functional. Would enable enhanced features and personalization. We don't currently set any cookies in this category; your choice governs any we add in the future.
• Marketing. Affiliate attribution. When you reach us through a link shared by one of our affiliates, these cookies record which affiliate referred you so they can be paid commission if you later subscribe. They are not used for advertising or retargeting.

We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or sell data to third-party advertisers. Affiliate attribution is the only marketing use we make of cookies, and it only ever applies if you actually arrived through an affiliate link.

• sb-* (Supabase) — authentication and session state. Necessary.
• agentmatica.cookie-consent — stores your consent choice in browser local storage. Necessary.
• _ga, _ga_*, _gid (Google Analytics) — used to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. Analytics. Only set after you accept.
• affonso_referral, affonso_data (Affonso) — identify the affiliate who referred you, for up to 30 days. Marketing. Only set if you arrived through an affiliate link.
• am_affiliate_ref — our own copy of the affiliate identifier above, set by our server so it survives the browser restrictions that would otherwise shorten it. Marketing. Read only when you start a subscription.
• affonso_id (URL parameter, not a cookie) — where consent is required, the affiliate identifier is carried in the page address instead of being stored, until you decide. It is discarded if you decline.

When you first visit Agentmatica we show a banner where you can accept all, reject all, or open preferences and choose per category. Your choice is recorded with a timestamp so we can demonstrate it.

Where you are changes the default. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland nothing non-essential is set until you opt in — analytics and affiliate cookies both wait for your consent. Elsewhere, affiliate attribution starts when you arrive and stops the moment you turn Marketing off: we delete the cookies described above, including our own copy held on our servers. Analytics always waits for your opt-in, wherever you are. If we cannot tell where you are, we treat you as if you were in the EEA and ask first.

You can change your mind at any time. Use the button below to reopen the preferences banner, or clear cookies and site data from your browser settings.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics directly with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Analytics cookies are set by Google. Their use of the data is governed by Google's privacy policy. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses and disable advertising features.

Affiliate cookies are set by Affonso, which runs our affiliate program. We serve their tracking script from our own domain, so it sees only what is needed to attribute a referral — the affiliate identifier, the page you landed on, and your IP address and browser details. Your region is determined in your own browser from its time zone setting; we do not send your IP address to anyone to work out where you are.

If we add or change cookie categories we'll update this page and, where required, re-prompt you for consent.
