Connect tools

Zapier

Connect your agent to your CRM, email tool, spreadsheet or help desk with no code. Leads, escalations and orders reach Zapier the moment they happen.

What you can do

Triggers

  • New Lead: a shopper leaves their email or phone in a chat.
  • Conversation Escalated: your agent hands a chat to your team, with the reason and a short summary.
  • New AI-Attributed Order: a Shopify or WooCommerce order that your agent helped make, with the revenue it gets credit for.

Search

  • Find Lead: looks up a lead by email. Pair it with Create Lead as Find or Create Lead.

Actions

  • Create Lead: adds a lead from a form, an ad or another tool, and sends your usual new-lead alerts.
  • Add Training Rule: teaches your agent a rule from a plain-language instruction, for example from a row in a sheet your team keeps.

Connect Zapier

  1. In Agentmatica, open your agent and go to Advanced settings → API tokens. Create a token labelled Zapier and copy it. You only see it once.
  2. Open Agentmatica on Zapier and create a Zap with one of the triggers or actions above.
  3. When Zapier asks you to sign in, paste the token. The connection shows your agent and store name.
  4. Test the trigger. Zapier pulls your three latest leads, escalations or orders as samples, so you map real fields.

You'll also find the link under Integrations in your agent's dashboard. Each token connects one agent; to connect another agent, create a token on that agent.

Zaps to start with

  • New Lead → add a contact in HubSpot, Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • New Lead → add a row in Google Sheets.
  • Conversation Escalated → post in Slack or open a Zendesk or Gorgias ticket.
  • Conversation Escalated → email the on-call person through Gmail.
  • New AI-Attributed Order → log the order and revenue in Google Sheets.

Good to know

  • Leads made by Create Lead don't fire New Lead, so a Zap can't loop on itself.
  • Escalation samples show an empty reason and summary. Live escalations include both.
  • A rule from Add Training Rule goes live as soon as it is saved. If it contradicts an existing rule, the step fails unless you set Save Even If It Conflicts? to Yes. You can switch it off or delete it in your training rules, where it shows an Added from Zapier badge.
  • Revoking the token stops every Zap that uses it.
  • The custom webhook keeps working alongside Zapier, so you can use both.
