Run the workspace

Insights & analytics

Two places to look: workspace-wide Analytics and per-bot Insights.

Workspace Analytics

Dashboard sidebar → Analytics. A read-out of the whole workspace:

  • Active bots, Pages indexed (against your training-pages quota).
  • Conversations + messages total.
  • Helpful rate — thumbs-up vs thumbs-down on agent replies.
  • Escalation rate — conversations the agent handed off to a human.
  • Cycle utilization — replies used this billing cycle.

Per-bot Insights

Open a bot → Insights. Same stats scoped to this bot for the last 30 days, plus:

  • Top questions— visitors' most common questions, grouped by phrasing. Use this to spot doc-coverage gaps.
  • Negative feedback callout— if anyone marked a reply unhelpful, you'll see it called out with a link to the conversations view.

Conversation transcripts

Open any bot → Conversations to see the full list. Click any row for the transcript view: user vs assistant bubbles, inline citation chips, feedback ratings, escalation / resolved status pills.

Lead exports

Open any bot → Leads. Newest 100 in the table. Export CSV in the top right gives you the full history — properly escaped, with a filename like agentmatica-leads-yourbot-2026-04-15.csv.
