Intercept nodes

Embed typing prompts anywhere on your site — blog posts, pricing sections, product pages — that start a conversation in place and sync with the main chat widget.

Where to configure them

In the dashboard, open Agent → Intercept nodes. Create one or more nodes, each with opening lines, a theme, and optional suggested chips.

Install on your site

Add the widget bootstrap once per page (same script as the bubble):

Then paste a placement snippet wherever the prompt should appear:

You can place multiple nodes on one page. Each node keeps its own display — server-pushed upsells or behavioral nudges only appear in the bubble, not inside inline nodes.

Conversation continuity

All nodes share the same visitor session as the floating widget. When someone continues in the full chat, the entire thread appears there, including messages typed in intercept nodes.
