Agentmatica is a sales and support agent that runs on any website through one script tag. It answers product, policy and shipping questions from your crawled pages and links the source, saves a lead when a visitor leaves an email, and alerts your team when someone asks for a person or a big order. You can take over any live chat from the dashboard. Product cards from a live catalog, the cart, checkout links and order lookup need a Shopify or WooCommerce store; on any website the agent answers from your pages instead.

Ask it real questions on the Test your chat page in your dashboard. Only you see it.

Copy the snippet
Open Deploy in your dashboard and copy the chat snippet. It's one script tag.

Paste it before </body>
Add the snippet to the template every page shares, just before the closing body tag, or publish it as a Custom HTML tag in Google Tag Manager.

What doesn't work yet
Product cards from a live catalog, the cart, checkout links and order lookup work on Shopify and WooCommerce stores only. On any website there's no store connection yet, so the agent answers from your pages and sends shoppers to the right product page, and order questions go to your team.
If you run your own catalog API, a developer can connect it over MCP with our custom connector from Integrations in the dashboard.

Common questions
Does it work with a custom-built site?
Yes. Any site that can add a script tag can run the chat, including React and Next.js apps and static sites.
Can I add it through Google Tag Manager?
Yes, as a Custom HTML tag on All Pages. If an ad blocker or cookie banner stops Tag Manager from loading, the chat won't load either, so pasting the snippet into the site itself is more reliable.
I don't have a website yet. Can I still use it?
Yes. Every agent has a hosted chat page you can link to while your site is being built.
Can it show products and build a cart on any website?
Not yet. Product cards, the cart and checkout links need a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store. On other sites the agent answers product questions from your pages and links the product page.
Can it look up orders?
Order lookup works on Shopify and WooCommerce only for now. Elsewhere, the agent hands order questions to your team.
