Copy the snippet
Open Deploy in your dashboard and copy the chat snippet. It's one script tag.

Paste it into BigCommerce
Follow the BigCommerce steps below. The chat shows on your live site once it's published.
Where the snippet goes in BigCommerce
Script Manager works on Stencil themes.
- In your control panel, open Storefront, then Script Manager, then Create a Script.
- Name it Agentmatica. Set Placement to Footer and Location to All pages.
- Set Script category to Essential and Script type to Script.
- Paste the snippet into Script contents and click Save.
BigCommerce's All pages option skips checkout and order confirmation pages.

What doesn't work yet
Product cards from a live catalog, the cart, checkout links and order lookup work on Shopify and WooCommerce stores only. On BigCommerce there's no store connection yet, so the agent answers from your pages and sends shoppers to the right product page, and order questions go to your team.
BigCommerce is on the coming-soon list in Integrations in your dashboard. Click it there to register interest in a store connection.

Common questions
Does it show on checkout?
No. BigCommerce's All pages option skips the checkout and order confirmation pages.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes, on Stencil themes. Script Manager, where the snippet goes, works with Stencil.
Can it show products and build a cart on BigCommerce?
Not yet. Product cards, the cart and checkout links need a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store. On other sites the agent answers product questions from your pages and links the product page.
Can it look up orders?
Order lookup works on Shopify and WooCommerce only for now. Elsewhere, the agent hands order questions to your team.
