Can the client's team step in on conversations?
Yes. Members of the workspace can take over a live conversation from the dashboard and hand it back, and alerts can go to Slack, Telegram or email.
What if a client has no Shopify or WooCommerce store?
Agentmatica still answers from the site's own pages and hands visitors to the team. Product cards, the cart and order lookups need Shopify or WooCommerce.
